Orders are usually shipped 1 day after the roasting process but it may be as much as 2 days due to Quality Control.
We ship to every zip code inside the continental US vía UPS or USPS (though we may use any other carrier at our discretion).
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been scheduled to ship.
We recommend storing coffee in a cool, dark place. Whole bean coffee can be stored in our bags, which are resealable for freshness. Ground coffee should always be stored in an airtight container. We don’t recommend refrigerating or freezing coffee.

If you don’t absolutely love your System Upgrade coffee product, let us know within 30 days of your order and we’ll exchange it for free or give you a full refund.
We encourage you to open a bag and try it for yourself. If you don’t love it, even if the bag is opened, we can help you exchange it for a roast or flavor you might like better or give you a refund.
